Our services
We provide website design and development, eCommerce solutions, custom software, business automation, and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project are agreed separately in writing (via quote, proposal, or invoice) before work begins. Where a specific project agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the project agreement governs.
Payments
Project pricing, payment schedules, and milestones are communicated before work starts. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, an advance payment is typically required to begin work, with the balance due on delivery or per agreed milestones. Delays in payment may result in delays to delivery or paused work.
Client responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on you providing necessary content, access, feedback, and approvals when requested. Delays on your side may extend the project timeline accordingly.
Intellectual property
Once a project is paid for in full, ownership of the final delivered website, design, or software transfers to the client, excluding any third-party licenses, stock assets, or pre-existing tools and code libraries we use to build it, which remain subject to their own license terms.
Website content and accuracy
We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantees about completeness or accuracy at all times. Pricing shown on service pages is indicative and may vary based on project scope.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
